Available only at participating Clayton Family of Brands retailers (“Seller”) for new home purchases at posted retail price with a sales contract signed between February 9, 2026 to April 30, 2026. To qualify, Buyer must provide a Qualified Deposit—any tax refund funds or other cash deposit made toward the purchase price during the Offer dates. Seller will match the Qualified Deposit up to $2,500 (“Matching Amount”). Any cash deposit exceeding Matching Amount will not be matched. Buyer may apply the Matching Amount to one (or a combination of) the following options (“Matching Options”): (i) the total home package price; (ii) a VISA® debit card (max $2,500, and subject to issuer terms and expiration); or (iii) Seller-paid closing costs (excluding non-required discount points). If the retail home price is reduced due to negotiation or lender requirements—or the lender requires Seller-paid fees—the Matching Amount will be offset by those reductions/fees first. Any remaining Matching Amount may be used toward Buyer’s selected Matching Options.
