* TERMS & CONDITIONS: Only available at participating Clayton Homes Family of Brands retailers (“Seller”) with a Sales Agreement signed 5/1/2025 through 8/31/2025 to purchase a new home. Eligible buyers will receive a discount of up to the following maximum amounts: $2,500 off the purchase of a single-section home or $5,000 off the purchase of a multi-section home. Home must be purchased at the posted home only retail sales price to be eligible for the maximum available discount. If the posted home only retail sales price of the home is reduced by the Seller either through negotiation with the buyer, or as a result of the underwriting requirements of the lender selected by the buyer, or if the Seller is required by the lender selected by the buyer to pay discount points or any other fees and charges, the discount will be applied first to the amount of the negotiated or lender required reduction of the home sales price and then to the lender required seller paid discount points, fees, and charges. Any remaining discount will then be applied to reduce the total sales price of the home. Under no circumstances will any portion of the buyer discount be applied toward buyer’s down payment if buyer obtains financing for the home purchase. Buyer is solely responsible for paying the entire down payment. May not be available with USDA/FHA/VA financing and may be limited by other lender restrictions.
